This is the most burning question or problem that most tarot reader faces. Whether reading for self or for others these cards are the ones that most tarot readers avoid or pray not to fall into the spread. Coz these are the ones most difficult to accept as well as to explain to make them accepted in the reading.
So every person who reads the cards always pray before the reading to not see these cards in their reading.
But the Tarot was designed in a way that they help people to decode the problems of their lives and move towards a better future. So doesn’t that mean that these cards are also designed in such a way because of a reason?!
Lets see first of all which are those cards –
Hanged man, 13th card, Tower, Moon, 9 of swords, 10 of swords. And few others too, but these are the most intense ones.
The Hanged man-
the card showing limbo period and a period where you wont be understood despite of being wise for the situation
The 13th Card –
You know the reason why I didnt even mention the name of this card. Its because this card freaks out most tarot readers. Which is not actually ‘freaking bad’ all times when it pops up. It does also mean destruction of something, completion of a phase and beginning of other phase.[I almost threw away this card, when it appeared 4-5 times and after which my dad passed away. I didn’t want this card to appear in my deck anymore. I stuck a white paper to it….. Meaning everything is over and life is a blank page for you to begin writing again.]
Tower –
The figure showing lightning bolt on a tower and two people falling down from its top, actually bringing shivers coz it actually does this when it turns up in the reading either mentally, emotionally or physically. Lesser possibilities of physical falling.
Moon –
The unknown fears and dangers that might be popping up in your or your querents life. Are difficult to accept or explain, dont you think?
9 of swords –
The most depressive card, I feel this is.
10 of Swords –
Dark, gloomy, pot hole type of feeling.
Now these are the general feelings that come to mind with these cards, but these cards being in a tarot pack not only mean these but are also here for a reason. If they meant only negative they wouldnt have been in a tarot pack at all. These cards have more deeper meanings after the negativity they show in them.
Let see for eg –
The hanged man – this man will prompt you to go towards a spiritual search for yourself, stop being a puppet at the hands of destiny
The 13th card – this card means to destroy the garbage beliefs, patterns in your mind that are useless for your life and future and accept new phases in life. Accept new patterns that are constructive and positive.
The tower – false beliefs, or illusions will break apart and truth will make way to your belief system. Such a positive reason for this card to be in the deck.
Moon – The unknown also plays a strong role. In life there is needed a little unknown, as knowing everything snatches away from u will to get surprises.
9 of swords – learn to get out of drama and be real
10 of swords – stop thinking and whining about past and start accepting the change that has already taken place.
These are the basic meanings of these card I feel, I would like to get what you feel from these cards. And what you do to remove these feelings from ur mind for these cards.
Are there more card that freak you out? Lemme know how you deal with them….
