Please read this page carefully before buying any reading or course from this website.
There are no refunds that would be issued for any of the service given from this site, whether you take online or offline appointment. This is because MONEY IS CHARGED FOR THE TIME THAT IS TAKEN. AND SO ALL READINGS AND COURSES ARE CHARGED FOR THE TIME THAT IS TAKEN WHILE CONSULTATION OR TEACHING.
All payments are taken prior to the service given, and service is provided after 48hrs due to which it gets very difficult to issue a refund as I already begin to work on your readings.
If you are not satisfied by any reading, you will not get a refund. But under certain circumstances you might be eligible to get a free reading in exchange of the one question with which you are not satisfied. If you fail to follow instructions due to which the reading does not come according to prediction then its not eligible for another free reading.
Also whether to provide a free reading in exchange of the reading with which you are not satisfied, is completely my decision. I will first inspect the situation whether its eligible for the free exchange reading or not. If I feel there's a need to give a free reading in exchange of a reading already given(for the same question, no new question will be allowed)
THEN ONLY A FREE READING WILL BE GIVEN, IN EXCHANGE OF A READING THAT'S ALREADY DONE. Also for courses, there is no refund. As they too are charged for time taken. Plus they are charged for the Sessions and Video recordings that you get to access. If you have a Problem accessing then please email us. You are advised to undertake any courses when you are totally healthy mentally as well as physically. So that you can grasp in the course content well.
After a year of Purchase of any course if you still need help and support regarding the Course you have learned. There will be a consultation fee for that. In that case you'll have to take a one to one Course Consultation from Priti. You'll find that in Courses menu.
Under moral conduct if some person falls below their standards then I have all the right to end their consultation either from the beginning or in-between. In such case there will be issued a refund after cutting 25% Processing Fees of the total amount paid, if the appointment did not take place. Or if the appointment took place then there won't be any refund.
In such cases the same person will not be given an appointment again in future, if they pay without permission; then in such a case there will be no refund issued. And the payment amount will be donated. And I shall not be liable for such circumstances.
