What is EGO? And whom can you label as Egoistic?Ego Definition – The voice inside your head that gives you directions to make your life safe. Its there to connect your soul to your body. And will always think about your safety, security and survival. So if you are endangered then you will get signs that are negative and fearful.

Ego is actually gives to you for your good. Which most people don’t know.

Why everyone has an Ego?

Ego is the entity that is fake and exists inside your mind. And this ego is actually made for your own good. Your soul when gets into a human body, is not aware about the good and bad that exist in this world. And so you would be vulnerable and open to get attacked by the ill’s of this world.

Wouldn’t you attract only good if you didnt have ego, then why the hell was ego given to you?

You might think that if a person is not born with an ego then there would be no critical thoughts and thus you wont be attracting anything that’s bad for you through Law of Attraction.

But life doesn’t work that way.

Everybody is born with certain lessons to learn that that lessons ain’t be rolling out positively. And so there would be negative situations in your life that will teach you to be positive. And so you need to be given an ego that will help you to first to towards your lessons through LOA.

Also children when young don’t know what’s good and bad for them, when they learn good and bad through their experiences; those experiences are stored in their mind which later on become emotional triggers for them to take decisions for their life. So your ego is not given you for your ill, its for your own good.

When can you label a person as EGOISTIC?

The label egoistic is quite tricky, and I myself misunderstood it for quite a lot of years of my life. But when I really learnt what ego is, I was actually spellbound about how true it was.

Ego is the little voice inside you that either inflates you and makes you proud of something that’s not too impressive about you or what you’ve done, and also ego is the same voice inside you that tells you all down and depressing things about yourself when you are not feeling right.

So when you do good and you hear thoughts inside you….

…. That you are too great, and there’s no one who could do the job better then you, then its ego

…… That you are incomparable/ non-replaceable and there will never ever be anyone better then you available to people/ world

……that you are very divine/ better/ spiritual and there are other’s out there who need to respect you (this is usually the voice of ego for the spiritual seekers, be careful)

And on the other side when you are down and depressed, then its your ego that tells you….

…….that you are shameful, disgusting and a looser. You don’t deserve to be at that job/ place/ world

…………..That cannot do it, you are not talented enough to do that

……………..that you cannot get that person/ partner, because you are ugly, obese, not attractive etc.

Well I have written this post just to educate you on this topic, so that you too know when your ego is clouding your mentality.

I didn’t know what’s an ego for quite many years, and kept thinking that people only who think too much about themselves are egoistic. But when I learned this, I knew how much egoistic I was. And how big problem it was creating for me.

What is Ego Death?

Ego Death is when the ego dies inside the person, this is a noteworthy phenomenon in a human’s life. The state when you no longer have the negative voice inside you that keeps scaring you and warning is no more and you are open to think broadly, and freely without any limitations.
This state is the highest state that a human can reach.
How you can reach an ego-less state?
Reaching the ego-less state is ofcourse every human’s desire. You would love to live a life when you are no longer guilty, scared of societal criticism, and being fearless of one’s own fears.
This state can be reached by you by following the path of yoga. Not just the postures but following the eight fold path suggested by patanjali.
Yogi’s are the one’s who become ego-less and enjoy the most of their stay on this planet because they don’t have any limitations and setbacks.

 

There is one big group of people who you see are always happy, even if they have difficulties you always see them surrounded by people who help them or maybe help is always nearby them though whatever it maybe.

And on the other side there are people who try to put so much of effort that it can even tilt the world upside down and yet only few grains of sand seem to budge from their place.

Some seem to be very much positive, and blessed with good things and people and resources; whereas some seem to be just devoid of good things in life? Why so?

What’s the difference…. are some people lucky? and others not?

Everything in this universe happens with 0% effort, means God made this existence and its meant to be. So no matter what you do or don’t do, the universe will continue to exist and be according to God’s plan. So all the things that you are meant to do are always going to come to you easily. Also when I say this some people will think that they always have to make iron rod bending efforts for the tiniest task at hand. But that’s not the fact. Your life’s path is always easy, and effortless. If its difficult, its not your path. Maybe you might be trying to walk path of someone else.

There are also many times that people feel that there are certain lower energies who stop them from doing good things, or there are some bad vibes that make them do bad things to their life.

Well the difference between both the groups of people is that the one who thinks that whatever happens in their life is only because of them, they will always be more positive & successful in their lives.

The one’s who think that there is some bigger force that wants to bring bad things into their life or maybe punish them then they are going to get it! How? because they feel that the force is bigger then them and so they wouldn’t be able to fight it anyhow.

Well, is it really this simple? YES. Life is really very simple. There are few people who never learn “difficult” “impossible” words in their life. They will never give up any task without giving their 100%. Whereas the other group that thinks that God/ higher force wants them to suffer because they are sinners etc will never be able to get into higher places of success. Well it does feel mean to write God here, but yes some people do think that God doesn’t want them to succeed. On the other place there are people who believe that whatever they be or do God is always going to help them, and let only Good flow through them.

There’s one more thing, God does bring hindrances and problems sometimes across your paths. Its not because he wants you to suffer, but sometimes the hindrances are put inorder that you take a better & smoother path. But some people just squat & whine near the stop signal that God has given them. God cant help it! You have to stand up and walk, then only God can give your instinct to move into proper directions. When you decide to just whine & dine over your problems God cant help it. Why? coz humans are born with freewill.

Some people do blame this as lower energy interference’s in their life, but remember you will attract only what you are. If you yourself are low, feel low about yourself/ life then that’s the energy moving around you. To get to higher level & be surrounded by only high energies you need to think high. If you continue to be in the lower level you will be troubled by these lower energies, but if you raise your thoughts and start climbing higher these energies would no longer be with you as they are ‘lower’.

So think and act wisely when you feel the ‘low’. You did something to get low, so you only have to do something to get out of the low.

This must be a new term “Indigo” for most of you reading, and might be some of you must be already be knowing about it. First of all lets know what an Indigo person is.

This individual is the one who has more of indigo color in their aura. And so they are called Indigo person. But that’s not all, their characteristics and personality also differ. And Indigo people are different then normal people. They are 1000 times better/ powerful then people who are ordinary, this should not be taken as an offence by the ones who are not indigo’s; as these indigo’s are born this way so that they can help in better way to raise the normal humans to higher levels.

Indigo people were born usually after 1980’s, some were born even earlier during 70’s. But after 1980 more Indigo’s were born. These children were different from the one’s who are born before this time. And also not all people born after 1980 are Indigo children. Only a few. But yes they are amongst us right now, along with the ordinary people.

So why are these Indigo’s so special? Indigo people are the one’s who are brought to this world to bring a huge shift and make it a better place. The old values, belief’s, traditions that don’t serve humanity and actually are hindering the progress of human minds etc. are the one’s the indigo’s are going to remove from this world. And so these people are going to have quite a fiery personality. They might be also termed as hyper active. But the are gifted with this hyper-ness so that they can help this world shift onto a better energy level.

Indigo’s are extraordinary people as well as are more spiritually aware. They possess super natural abilities and have a sense of knowledge that they are superior then others around them(not out of ego, but out of knowing)

The Indigo children are like- 

– they are with very fiery temperament, not that they get angry on anything. But they are the one’s who are born on this planet to bring change. They are the one’s who are going to help the world shake-off old unwanted belief’s, accept better reality and higher values. And so their temperament would strike when they see this not happening and would get furious.

– They cannot tolerate old customs and traditions that don’t make any sense. As some of them are also supposed to bring an end to these customs or break these customs.

– They are fearless, no amount of making to feel guilty or shameful by their parents would work on these children. They will always give very logical or philosophical reasons why certain thing should be done or not done.

– They dont have guilt, shame or fear. These people when were kids were very difficult to upbring as they never were afraid of either parents or any other person.

– Cannot wait, they are very impatient. They always are speeding up, as they are given the life mission to clear up the planet as soon as possible. And they have to do this along with their own clearing of past karma’s. The more they clear themselves the quicker they are getting clearing the world.

Indigo’s are sometimes misunderstood – 

Indigo children with their fiery temperament & weird ways of taking life sometimes make them termed as having psychological problems. Usually children with hyper activity are labelled as hyper active. Or some times some are labelled as learning disabled.

But these are not the cases, they know what they have to do as their life’s mission and so they will never do anything that goes against that mission. If an Indigo is supposed to improve the education system then they would never fall a prey to the weaknesses that already lie in the education system of today. They would either not do their homework 5 or 10 times, or they may go further and hold the hand of the teacher who was about to hit them with a cane! In both the cases Indigo knows that knowledge never had to be forcefully fed. Knowledge is always gained best when there’s a thirst for it.

Characteristics of Indigo – 


– Strong Willed

– born after 1980’s

– headstrong and very bold

– very creative, always have love for music, art, painting, dancing, poetry

– Behave older then their age

– ability to see or sense energies

– Freedom Lovers, they can never stand a situation where others try to bind them or tie them up to rules. Cannot stand depending on others, or others trying to make them dependent on them.

– Can never ever adjust, compromise or tolerate people, situations or circumstances that they are not comfortable in.

– They are born leaders, never like to follow someone; especially the wrong ones.

– have a desire to help the World in a big way.

– maybe diagnosed with ADD or ADHD

– may have restless sleep, insomnia, nightmares etc. Cannot stand being stagnant at anytime, always on the move.

– Bonds easily with plants & animals, but find difficult to gel with people having older beliefs that don’t work in this world anymore.

– very impatient, cannot wait. They want everything in a breeze. They cannot even wait for a few seconds.

So what to do if you find you are an Indigo?

Well, first thing… heave a sigh of relief. As you know you are normal. I too felt very good about myself when I discovered this. I was always teased by people, as I was very rowdy and highly hyper as a child. Whole colony knew when something bad might have happened to me that feels umm…. ok! now. Also no amount of scaring or frightening would work on me, I know lot of parents try this to make their children go to bed quickly; but when my mom used to scare me of ghosts I used to take her out at midnight for a walk and then she stopped scaring me that way as she herself is afraid of darkness.

If you too find you are an Indigo then first of all you need to figure out the life purpose for yourself. Because unless you are doing it, you would be under huge problems. All indigo’s are born with great responsibilities and so if they are not doing it they would be getting themselves under huge debt. And so might keep on inviting new problems in their life.

Also learn to love and respect yourself the way you are. You have been gifted with this different way of thinking as a gift to help this world. I know by now you might have heard a million times that you are not good because you do this… and that…. But learn to respect your own feelings, as Indigo’s are made to teach the whole of humanity to respect their own feelings as well as those of others’.

This is a big question, also those people who ask this question are also the ones who would also say that if there would be some God who’s up there then he wouldn’t make these many problems on this planet, he wouldn’t create bad people etc. Well we dont want to get into this topic as I would like to talk about problem solving by angels; and some part of it would also indirectly answer the other question that arises because of the former one.

Angels are divine beings, they lie on a layer that’s between us and God, and they actually are a medium, which helps us to connect to God. Angels are also called messengers as they transfer back and forth our prayers to God.

Angels are divine beings on energetic level, and so have energy bodies. They are not bound by earthly ties, nor they have ever been on this earth as physical beings. Only few lucky souls have got a chance to transform themselves as angels after leaving this physical world. And so angels donot have right to interfere with our individual rights. We can also call it free will.

Free-Will – 

Free will is the right every human is born with. Actually all animals too have got this upto certain extent but they being lesser intelligent and have medium to no communication abilities are not considered to be as free as us. They too have divine beings protecting them. They dont have those many powers and so are more divinely protected without much of their permission for divine intervention.

But humans need to ask for help all the time, as we are the most intelligent species on this planet and have our own mind and thinking ability to decide for us. Which makes them bound by universal laws, they can step in only when we ask their help or permit them. If not then they would see the entire scene happening just wishing that we ask their help.

What happens when we ask their help?

When we ask angels help then they will quickly step into the picture and give the best and quickest way possible by communicating to you in the best way possible for you to understand. And bet you we all dont interpret angel messages by the same means of communication. We all have different and unique ways of understanding. And angels would try the bestest way possible.

Can they help us, walk the entire path?

This is a big question, and perhaps the most frustrating one. People believe that when they ask angels for help, the whole problem should vanish or get magically solved on its own. Well this does happen in some cases, but angels cannot do this all the time. As they are bound by universal laws, certain life experiences would be needed for us to grow and learn, and Angels would never scoop you out, to help you escape that troublesome situation.

Instead they can help you to walk through the clouds such that you learn from those tough times as well as come out of the blurriness without much trouble.

Also asking Angels help will not make you magically reach your destination. They will help you to clear your path, you still have to walk on it to reach the destination.

No Angel or divine bring would help you to live your life for you. They are not meant for that, they ware meant to only help us. Chef can only prepare good and healthy meals, if we are hungry then we have to eat it ourselves.

There are several theories in religious texts that dont do this, dont do that…. or God will get angry. If God gets angry you will have to bear his wrath, or he might also kill you because you have done sin.

Well let us understand what God is.

Definition of God- 

God is the consciousness that was never born or will never die.

He was always there in the past, is in the present and will always be there in the future.

God is formless, but has infinite forms etc.

This is the basic definition of God according almost all religious texts across the world.

So the one who created this universe also created good and bad feeling, he himself made anger, envy, jealousy etc. As according to the definition there is nothing in this cosmos that he didnt create. So the bad emotions were also his creation, then why in the world would be get angry on you for doing bad. And well God is always perfect and always true. The feeling of anger arises when there is some weakness within us that we cannot bear to see in others. Then how is God, who is perfect can even get a feeling like anger?

God made all the good and bad, and he made bad things. people etc but made the good people only more powerful. Because he always wants good to win over bad.

 

You can heal your life by Louise Hay This book is a timeless classic and a must must must have on your bookshelf. If you dont know why, here’s the reason. This book teaches you how to deal with problems in your life without being hard on yourself. This book is the magical book, according to me. It helps to open doors in your mind where there was only closed and confined thinking. This book has an invaluable resource, at its back. It has a list of all the diseases that are commonly found on our planet. Then it has the negative thoughts that cause those diseases, and then the net column is the positive affirmations that will help to remove the disease. Isn’t it mind blowing? Yeah, and its not just fluff, it really works. I do suggest a lot of things from that book to my clients to work on to improve their lives.

The Secret by Rhonda Byrne The great book that took the world by a storm in 2006 after its release. This book teaches you how anything that is happening in your life, why it is happening and how it is happening. This book tell you why some good and bad things happen to you. There’s no magic inside, its just pure science that works behind to bring things into existence into our life. It not only eplains why and how some good or bad things happen but it also explains how to get the things that you have always longed for in your life. Shows some awesome case studies where these principles were applied and the desired results were achieved.

The science of getting rich by Wallace Wattles- This is a must read book for every human on this planet. As living here needs money and this book will help you clear out your blocks related to money. If you feel money is bad, or trying to earn more money is sinful then you gotta read this book. Your life is stuck if you have misconceptions related to money. And your misbeliefs for money will make you earn lesser money and live in limitations. Get your hands on this book, it will change your way you think about money. Money lovers aren’t bad. After all having more money will help you to give more, spread more help and happiness and contribute more to the needy.

The power of Now by Eckhart Tolle- The power of now is the awesome book that is essential part of understanding why living in the now is important. Crying over the past and fearing over the future is what everyone does, but that’s not what we are meant to do. Living and thinking always about past and future steals the current opportunity from us of living in the present. This book also tells us about how eckhart tolle the author came out of his 14 year old depression, after he got recurrent thoughts about suicide.

Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill As the title suggests this book teaches you how you can think and grow rich. This book will help you to understand that richness is not only limited to money. Abundance is having enough of everything that we have in our life. Health, wealth etc, everything that we want and need is always within out control. We can bring our dreams into reality, its a old classic that I feel is a must read for everyone.

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho – A fable by Paulo Coelho that teaches us that dreams are really achievable, what’s impossible can also become possible if we believe in it. It shows us what the power of belief can do for us. Following your heart and not letting the chaotic worldly logic cover your mind. I read this book and its simply magical, it brings tears to your eyes. And you won’t feel like putting it down until its read fully.

Power of Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy – This book is another book that is like a must-have book for each one of us. I know like I am saying this for almost every book Ive mentioned here. But its alctually true. You need to read this book to unlock the power of subconscious mind. Its available just for 100 bucks and yet is like a treasure. If you have been having vomplains from life since years and years without finding any visible reason for it, neither a solution for it; then you must read this book.

The Power of positive thinking by Norman Vincent Peale – As the name suggests this book tells you how the power of positive thinking shapes your life and future into a better way. Life isn’t some piece of worthless time on this planet, where you just ‘pass your time’ by endlessly doing some kind of shit just so that you feel good for a moment. Life is the biggest and most invaluable gift that we have. And its meant to be lived with reason. When you just live with positive thoughts you not only make your life better but you also pass this vibe to the people around you.

Do you always have dreamt that you would like to be the best and do always the best things in life. Do you always feel that you give your best at career, work, relationships, and maintain your health too. Do you want to be a success in every area of life i.e health, love, relationships, work, money? I am sure the answer to all the above questions is YES, YES, YES. I know because who doesn’t want to be the best! As we all know that when we give our best in life, life always rewards us.

How to be the best in every area of life?

To be the best in every area of life, you have to ‘be there’ in every area of life. I know you will find this confusing, but this is a fact. By being there, I mean that you have to be present in every area of life. In life people always are either thinking about what they want in future or fearing about something bad coming up in future or they are either whining about mistakes they did in past or things that people did to them in the past. Such that they forget the most valuable resource they have that is ‘today’. You might have done a ton of things in the past or terrible things might have happened to you in past and yet if you give yourself 100% in whatever you are doing in the present; all the loss that occurred due to your past can be recovered beautifully. And when you give your best in your present moment, future is obviously going to turn out far much better then where you are now.

Its sad that this is such a simple truth yet people take years and years to understand this. And by the time the understand this, their minds run out of their control. You might be feeling the same if you feel that usual mind chatter. And might now be wanting to know how to get rid of it.

When you initially begin thinking about past or future its not that bad, but with time the chatter increases upto an extent that you forget how to bring your mind under control and bring it to the present moment.

How to bring the mind into the present moment?

When you cry over the past, you are not able to focus in your present moment. And so your current thing whatever it is suffers a loss. You know what loss? Loss of YOU. Its doesnt have YOU in the moment. And when you dont give your mind in your health, relationships, work etc these areas will always suffer.

I dont mean that you are not doing your work, you are not eating good food or not giving time to your loved ones. I mean to say that you have to BE there when you are doing these tasks.

To be in the current moment you just need to forget your past, forgive all people from your past who hurt you or did bad to you. And if its you who did mistakes then forgive yourself.

If there’s something about the future that freaks you out then also shake off that fear or insecurities. Nobody knows what’s gonna come in future, leave it to God. He knows to handle things better. Perhaps did you ever tried to worry when you were a kid? Didn’t things get sorted out on their own? That’s the perfection of God. When you dont worry and give 100% in your present moment. You are actually said to be living. You love your childhood right, and might have innumerable ‘happy moments’ to cherish from there. But as soon as I might ask you about your memories after you grew up, you might feel there’s nothing much memorable happening since then? Why? What happened? Its just because you began taking that tons of load on your mind too.

How to stay consistently in the present moment?

When you keep thinking about past or future while going to bed, you tend to wake up with those same thoughts even in the morning. And like a lousy dog the mind again begins its work, of giving you he same old questions about past or future during the entire day. When you fall asleep again the same thoughts run. And the vicious cycle continues until you find yourself in a big hotch potch in your mind.

Try to not think anything at bed time, and just be with yourself and sleep peacefully. If you cannot do it then try putting some meditative music or alpha music until you fall asleep or even better is to listen to the sounds that are naturally coming from around your house. Or you can also try just focusing on your breath while to go to bed.

What’s the logic behind this?

Whatever you try to think, read, see, intake through all your 5 senses stays within your memory for sometime. And there is an area in your mind called critical filter that gets full after every one and a half hour to two hours. So you need to shake-off, rest or do something to make your ‘mind fresh’. After every few hours you say this, ‘I need to get my mind fresh’. Its just because when you shift your mind focus from one thing to another the old ‘data stream’ gets a break. And you feel relaxed and mind less chaotic.

If you dont allow your mind to get ‘fresh’ every few hours, your mind gets clogged and it cannot stay focused on one thing. Also giving rest to your mind when you are not working by keeping away your cellphones and other gadgets gives rest to your mind and to clear out the critical filter.

When mind is getting constant rest and time to ‘break free’ of thoughts it will stay less chaotic, and you will get lesser thoughts that irritate you. And the thoughts that irritate you are mostly about the present or future. If something about present needs attention, then work on it. Nothing is gonna happen by getting worried or freaked out.

If you keep thinking all throughout the sleep time, then that critical filter will be full with those garbage thoughts which will be still there while you wake up in the morning too. And so the chatter wont go.

Hi again and welcome to this new week, I know its Monday and you might feel a bit low or lazy after that awesome weekend you had. So this post is that dose for your self improvement that will help you to start your week with some good and wise info.

Our body is not just on physical level but it does have an energetic pattern too. That energetic layer that first gets affected and later on the damage shows on the body. Your body is on physical level and just a level above it is the etheric realm which comprises of your emotional body, and above that is the astral realm/mental realm comprising of your mental body.

The body stays in good health and in harmony when all these realms are clear and the energies are flowing rhythmically. But our life and people who surround us are not always well and good. There maybe challenging times as well, and this disrupts our energy bodies completely. People who are around you also dont become bad, they have their own issues. Otherwise in a fast and busy life like what we have, do we have any extra time, that we can other then on our selves and on our family? Do we have time to bother others?

So now lets get directly on today’s hot and sizzling topic.

How are blockages of our body created?

Your body and its blockages whether its physical, mental or emotional they are all created by one small disruption. And do you know what’s that? Its the disruption of the rhythm of your breath. Your breath is the master of your health. Yogi’s since centuries have been working hard to get control over their breath. Do you think that its over-rated? I don’t think so.

Breath is the most important factor in either balancing your mind, body and soul or putting them in utter chaos.

Your breath has a particular rhythm, and that rhythm is in sync with the universe. Which means the outer and inner universe will be in harmony. When there is disruption in your inner universe then your outer universe will also be in some kind of disharmony. As we all are connected to some part of the universe.

Breath is the one that can be easily disturbed –

Your breath can be easily disturbed, especially if you are a part of the hectic city life. Breath will go high when you are doing stressful body work like running, lifting heavy weight etc and also get disturbed when you are emotionally down or stressful or fearful.

The time when your breath is disturbed is when your chakras get blocked or complete run out of tune. This time the more longer, the more devastation it can bring into your life and its different areas.

So the more you want to be balanced in your life, the more you want success in your life and all its areas the more you have to be balanced and in control of your breath. Which in turn will keep all your chakras in balance.

Which blockages are the most easy and which are difficult to remove?

Lets first understand what are the three kind of blockages that you can create in your energy body and through which chakra. The root chakra is connected and it can create/ undo blockage in your physical body. The sacral chakra is the 2nd chakra and it can create or remove emotional blockages. And the manipura chakra is the one that can create or remove blockage on your mental level.

Blocks develop from top to bottom in case of chakras. First the mental blockage will be created, with any conflicting thought that might come into your mind and if its not resolved it will become a mental block and that thought will keep coming back again and again. And the next is the emotional body, the conflicting thought will result into negative emotional outage; and if that emotion is not dealt with then that too will become a blockage and will keep coming back again and again; and then that emotion will create a physical block. Emotional body is dense energy body, and so the more heavy the weight of emotions gets the more stagnant they tend to become. And the moment the emotion stagnates it will start creating a physical block in that part of the physical body where it stagnates.

How to remove mental, emotional and physical blockages?

Physical blockages are the most difficult to remove, then comes the emotional ones and then mental. I can say mental blocks are the easiest to remove. Not to overrate the fact that you need to be more understanding and wise so that you may develop lesser of mental blocks.

Physical blocks can be removed by various ways. Body might have developed diseases that are chronic. Or health issues may recur again and again. Medicines are the one’s that can help remove physical blockages, not just any medicine. Natural medicine that actually understands the body and then works according to it. Allopathy medicines actually create blockages. As they dont heal, they just add something that’s missing in your body inorder to bring the equilibrium. Im not gonna talk all shit about exercise or eating healthyAll that is obvious and a must. So reading the “no nonsense about eating or exercising” should not give you any negative signals that eating right and exercising is an option or can be overlooked if you follow this guide. Beyond eating good and exercising, you need to know something more. If you don’t do that, all your exercises & eating healthy is in vain!

 

Now this is very important. And people who have done this have enjoyed not only good health but also overall satisfaction is every area of life. Obviously you will not enjoy just good health if you dont have money, and you wont enjoy money if you dont have good health. You wont enjoy relationships, property, travelling if you dont have good health. Not just physical good health or normal health reports on paper, but if you are not healthy overall then too it can make life seem to suck.

So let’s dive into it… To get healthy overall

Listening to your body- When you are into any situation or with people, your body sends out sensations to you, you feel different things, you get thoughts. If all these are good, with happy thoughts and soothing feelings know that the relationship with those people, your situation etc everything is good. And you are at the right place with right people. So there will be no harm to your health. Aka being in that place is a healthy choice for you.

But on the contrary if you don’t feel good at certain places, in company of certain people and standing in certain situations; where you constantly need to justify yourself, fear about ‘acting out your original feelings’, hesitate about sharing your thoughts and opinions on a topic that’s being discussed. Then know that you are not at the right place. I know this happens to most of us at most of the time, but this situation is like something that leaves you terribly uncomfortable and disoriented within. And you just feel like running away or breaking-free from that place. Then know for sure that its not good for your overall health.

On the contrary being slightly uncomfortable is okay. But if that happens a number of times a day, then try to fill the gap by offering yourself extremely comfy and appealing things/ people/ situations that will make you feel very good instantly. That way you will recover the energetic loss, that you gained during ‘little discomfort’.

Your mind body soul connection – 

You are not just your body, your mind and soul are connected to your body too. Your soul has come to this planet for some purpose and to grow. So if you are stuck into places which are being a hindrance in your purpose or your spiritual growth then your body will start giving up. Despite of being eating healthy and exercising.

** Psst What you need to do – 

You just need to take quick decision about that situation and act upon it. Staying stagnant and indecisive will just prove harmful & a waste of time for you. I mean if you don’t have to be with people you are and are at the wrong place in your life, nobody else suffers; its just you who suffers by wasting your precious time.

Why feelings are imp, and a must listen 

Feelings are connected to the heart. Your heart is meant to make you live. And the soul is connected to the heart. So whatever is going to be ‘not good’ or a ‘threat’ to your life or health; will always give out a nasty feeling in your body. Signalling quick action. And feelings are not to be avoided at all.

So what to do if you feel bad for your life partner? Your fat salary job or your million dollar new house? Well the definition is still the same. And feelings are not to be avoided in these cases too. Everything in life begins with YOU. A million dollar house would be of value only if you are happy in it, a life partner would do no good if you are not happy with her/him, a pile of money is not great if you are stressed, fatigued and drained out enough- that you dont have time to spend that money on your loved ones and yourself.

How diseases / ailments enter human energy body?

As you know now that you are not just your physical body. There are also higher bodies connected to you which form an entirety of your being. One level up from your physical body is your emotional body. And one level up from your emotional body is your mental body.

So when you have a thought, it gets converted into an emotion. It can be good or bad, and then that emotion gets converted into a physical impulse through your nervous system.

So if you have a negative thought, it gets converted into a negative emotion that will not feel good to you,and this emotion is further converted into physical body impulse telling your body that you are not enjoying in the current situation/ with people etc.

What to do, to assure you will always stay healthy?

So now, what to do to assure that you stay healthy….

– Listen to your feelings

Your feelings never go wrong. Listen to them, respect your body for giving out sensations and feelings that are nasty and horrible. Coz they tell you something’s wrong, before any astrologer or physhic can tell you.

Start figuring out whether you really want to be in a situation that might be really hurtful, be with people who repeatedly hurt and criticize you? Do you want to be in a cringe? Or set yourself free from the slavery?

– Weird choices? Make em, if your heart says so!

Now begin following your heart is my next piece of advice. You need to start following your heart. Aka start following your feelings. Do things that make you feel good, be with people who make you feel good, go to places where you feel elated etc. Doing this is easy, but it might make you ‘feel’ what if people call me crazy?

E.g.- you might feel like leaving a $50k job that sucks and go to a $20k job that celebrates and accepts who you are and your choices at a whole? Well doing this and taking this risk is totally upto you. Ways of the heart are weird at times, but they promise that you will never repent following your heart.

– Respect your body

Respect your body. You maybe fat, slim, average looking, glamorous bombshell, a simple person, a jovial person, talkative/ quiet, etc whatever it is ACCEPT yourself as you are. Accepting the body helps the body to get free and feeling free helps the free movement of prana energy within the body.

And feely flowing prana in your body assures that all the nutrition you take from your food and the stretching of your body during exercising session gets equally distributed within your system. As stretching and nutrition running only to a few parts of body isn’t healthy too.

– Check or Discard people who dont respect/ criticize your body. 

This might sound like a tough one. But I dont mean to say just discard… Discard… Discard. But learn that who around you are your real friends/ family that actually are loving you and wanting to stand by you in any situation in life. If there are people who just want to act like your well-wishers and pop-in everytime to drain you down of your energies and escape at times when you need their support and ‘being there next to you at testing times’ then you know what to do with them. Also check whether are you not running behind these critics just to prove that ‘you are a good person’ and are just craving for their justification? You need to believe in yourself and have confidence in yourself. If you keep running behind these nuts, you will never get out of that insecurity. Because, believe me- they want you to run after them; coz it makes them feel their ‘opinion’ matters and ‘its the only right thing’ that exists. And they will never make you feel good by accepting your opinion or decisions. 99% of times they will stamp a rejection on your actions.

And on the other side there are people you really love and who really care, but they might also be mesmerized by the negative disguised tv commercials and tv shows, that portray, that caring about people is ‘not to make them feel good all the time’, this is WRONG. Yes I know that, you dont have to flatter people, so that they dont keep building castles in air. But let your loved one’s decide for themselves how much to remain in dream world and when to snap back in reality. After all dreaming is also not bad, it helps us to grow better future and invent new things.

[ About eating healthy – Here’s a note about eating healthy. This post can’t underrate the fact that eating healthy food and exercising aren’t good. Eating healthy is a must and exercising is also a must.

But this post actually accepts the fact that eating healthy food that feels good to eat is actually healthy. So I don’t feel that things you don’t like to eat should be eaten only because they are good for health. As an overrated fact that bitter foods that are unappealing to the tongue yet are very healthy for the body. Even the eight fold yoga says that food that’s extreme in taste should be avoided. Extremely sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, salty tastes should be avoided.

And same thing goes for the exercising. Now I dont think that this is said by any health expert. I am not a health expert. Yet I feel that exercising should be in limitation not exaggerating neither too less. Exercising is for good of the body, dont let the body feel horrible doing it, and neither dont be too easy on your body that you dont flex enough muscles. Healthy people can exercise daily upto 45-60mins or 4-5 hours every week. Recovering people a bit lesser then this. Sick people, depends upon ‘feeling’ whether they want to exercise or not.

(I remember once I was sick and was finding it difficult to reduce my temperature, and then I got frustrated of being in the bed. And so I hopped out and began taking a walk, and after 2-3 hours my tempi returned to normal. And so just check what’s the feeling. You can never go wrong with feelings.)
